NormNudge

NormNudge helps teachers build a predictable classroom culture by turning expectations into daily, trackable routines. Teachers create 5–10 “non-negotiable” norms (e.g., entry routine, discussion rules, device use) and attach quick practice prompts, mini-lessons, and reflection questions. During class, the teacher taps a norm to log a quick “reset” or “reinforced” moment, optionally projecting a simple visual reminder for students. Students can do 30-second check-ins (QR code) to self-rate how well the class upheld norms and submit anonymous friction points. The app summarizes patterns by period and day (not individual student surveillance by default), highlighting when norms break down and suggesting small interventions. It’s realistic: it won’t magically fix behavior, but it will reduce inconsistency and make culture work easier to sustain across weeks.
