NormPulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that tracks the real workplace culture by measuring “norm drift” between what leadership says and what teams experience. It runs short, anonymous micro-pulses tied to specific moments (after all-hands, reorgs, performance cycles, incident retros) and converts responses into a Culture Gap Score by team, location, and role—without exposing individuals. An AI layer clusters open-text feedback into themes, flags emerging risks (manager behavior, meeting load, psychological safety, fairness), and suggests concrete interventions with expected effort and impact. The product is brutally practical: it focuses on actionable signals, not feel-good dashboards. It also includes a lightweight “commitments tracker” so leaders can publish 3-5 culture commitments and employees can rate whether they’re actually happening. If you can’t show improvement over 60–90 days, the app makes that obvious.
