NormRadar is a web + mobile AI app that measures the real day-to-day company culture by tracking “micro-norms” instead of vague values. Employees answer 30–60 second weekly pulses about concrete behaviors (meeting hygiene, decision clarity, feedback safety, after-hours expectations, recognition fairness). The app converts responses into a Culture Gap Map by team, role, and tenure, highlighting where stated values don’t match lived reality. Managers get a short, blunt action list (e.g., “stop last-minute meetings,” “publish decision owners,” “reduce weekend pings”) with suggested experiments and a way to measure if changes worked. It also includes an anonymous ‘policy reality check’ where employees rate whether policies are enforced consistently. The goal isn’t feel-good dashboards; it’s early warning signals tied to retention risk and team performance patterns.
