Upload a PDF or paste a clause list, then generate a structured checklist mapped to clauses, with required proof types (photo, measurement, signature, document). During audits, workers complete tasks on mobile, attach evidence, and the system auto-builds an audit trail with timestamps, geotags, and versioned standards references. A web dashboard tracks compliance by site, contractor, and standard, flags recurring nonconformities, and exports auditor-friendly reports. This is not a “standards library”; it’s a workflow tool to reduce audit chaos and make compliance defensible. Realistically, it won’t replace EHS suites; it complements them by focusing on the last-mile execution and evidence packaging.
