NoScript is a mobile + web AI app that helps you decline requests quickly, politely, and consistently—without burning social capital. You paste a message (or forward an email), pick your boundary (time, budget, focus, policy), and the app generates 3 short replies: firm, warm, and ultra-brief. It also learns your “no style” (direct vs. gentle), your common constraints (work hours, family nights), and your default alternatives (suggest next week, point to a form, delegate to a teammate). A simple “Request Inbox” tracks what you declined, what you deferred, and what you accepted so you can spot patterns and stop accidental yeses. Realistic angle: this won’t magically fix people-pleasing, but it will remove the friction and anxiety of drafting responses, which is where most people cave.
