NoseNote
NoseNote is a mobile AI app for people whose sense of smell is distorted, weakened, or unpredictable (post-viral, allergies, migraines, medication side effects). It guides users through short, structured smell-training sessions using common household items (coffee, citrus, mint, vinegar) and logs perceived intensity, distortion notes, and symptom context (sleep, stress, congestion). The app turns messy subjective experiences into trends: which scents are improving, which environments trigger distortions, and whether training consistency correlates with better days. It also provides a simple “smell check” routine before cooking or eating, plus safety reminders (gas, smoke) without pretending it can replace detectors. The goal is realistic: incremental improvement, better self-awareness, and better conversations with clinicians. It’s not a miracle cure, and it won’t diagnose—just help users measure and manage a frustrating, under-served problem.
