NoShowGuard

NoShowGuard is a web + mobile AI-assisted remote patient monitoring companion focused on the unsexy problem that kills RPM programs: non-adherence. It ingests device feeds (BP cuffs, scales, glucometers) and flags “silent failures” like missed readings, implausible values, battery/connection issues, and behavior drift. The app triages patients into simple action queues for care teams (call, SMS nudge, device troubleshooting, escalation) and generates audit-ready documentation for reimbursement workflows. Patients get a lightweight mobile experience: reminders, one-tap “I took it” confirmations, and guided troubleshooting (Bluetooth pairing, cuff fit, measurement technique) that reduces support calls. This is not a full RPM platform; it’s an adherence and ops layer that plugs into existing vendors via FHIR/HL7 or vendor APIs. The goal is fewer dropouts, fewer wasted devices, and more billable, clinically meaningful monitoring days.
