NoShowGuard

NoShowGuard is a mobile + web telehealth “visit readiness” layer that sits in front of existing virtual care platforms. Patients get a short, adaptive intake that verifies identity, insurance eligibility, device/audio readiness, consent, and collects structured symptoms plus photos when relevant. The app then produces a clinician-ready summary and flags high-risk answers that should be routed to urgent care/ED or scheduled longer. It also automates reminders that actually reduce no-shows: calendar holds, one-tap test call, and a frictionless reschedule flow. For clinics, it provides a dashboard showing readiness status, predicted no-show risk, and operational metrics (time-to-room, intake completion, cancellation reasons). This is not another telehealth marketplace; it’s an operational add-on that improves throughput and revenue without forcing providers to switch their video vendor.
