NoShowGuard is a web + mobile app for tournament organizers who lose money and credibility when teams don’t show up or last-minute cancel. It bakes attendance enforcement into registration: refundable deposits, automated reminder sequences, and a waitlist that can auto-promote replacement teams when a spot opens. Organizers get a simple dashboard showing risk scores (based on past behavior, payment status, and confirmation activity), plus one-tap broadcast to fill gaps fast. Teams get a clean flow: pay, confirm roster, confirm arrival window, and receive venue/parking updates. This isn’t a full tournament management suite—on purpose. It plugs into existing workflows via CSV import/export and calendar links, focusing on the ugly operational problem most platforms treat as “not our issue.” If you run recurring cups, it builds a reliability history that makes future events smoother and more predictable.
