NoShowGuard

NoShowGuard is a web app (with optional mobile-friendly client view) for service businesses that lose real money to missed appointments. It adds a lightweight booking page that requires a deposit or card-on-file, then automates escalating reminders (SMS/email) and frictionless rescheduling so customers don’t ghost. The core is a “no-show risk” workflow: if a client has a history of late cancels, the app automatically tightens policies (higher deposit, earlier confirmation, shorter reschedule window) while keeping good clients on a smoother path. It integrates with existing calendars (Google/Microsoft) so teams don’t change how they work, and it syncs with Stripe for payments and refunds. This is not another generic scheduler; it’s a revenue-protection layer that sits on top of whatever calendar you already use.
