NoShowGuard

NoShowGuard is a web app with optional mobile companion that reduces therapy no-shows and late cancellations through smart, consent-based workflows. It plugs into common practice management tools and calendars, then automates confirmations, waitlist fills, and policy enforcement (fees, deposits, reschedule windows) while keeping messaging clinically appropriate. Clients get a simple portal to confirm, reschedule, or join a waitlist in two taps; therapists get a dashboard showing upcoming risk (historical attendance, time-of-day patterns, insurance friction) and suggested actions. It also generates documentation-ready notes for missed sessions and cancellation policy acknowledgments to reduce disputes. This is not a “growth hack” tool—it's operational hygiene for small practices where one missed hour materially hurts revenue and continuity of care. The MVP should focus on integrations, automation rules, and a clean client experience rather than broad EHR features.
