NoShowNinja is a web + mobile app for sports venues that lose money to last-minute cancellations and empty courts. It adds deposit-based booking, automated reminders, and a real waitlist that instantly fills openings and handles payments without staff intervention. Venue managers set rules per resource (court, field, lane): deposit amount, cancellation windows, grace periods, and penalties. Players book in seconds, pay a deposit, and get calendar invites plus SMS nudges. If someone cancels late, the system offers the slot to the waitlist, collects payment, and refunds/penalizes automatically. It also tracks repeat offenders and can require higher deposits for risky accounts. The MVP focuses on being dead simple to configure and integrates with Stripe and Google/Apple calendars so venues don’t need new hardware or a complex POS migration.
