NoShowNinja is a scheduling add-on for appointment-based small businesses that are tired of last-minute cancellations and no-shows. It plugs into Google Calendar/Microsoft 365 and turns any event into a “bookable slot” with a lightweight checkout: deposit, cancellation policy acknowledgement, and optional reschedule link. Customers get SMS/email reminders that adapt to risk signals (first-time client, late-night booking, history of reschedules) and can confirm with one tap. If they cancel late, the app automatically charges the agreed fee (or keeps the deposit) and frees the slot for a waitlist. Owners see a simple dashboard: no-show rate, recovered revenue, and which reminder/cancellation rules work.
