NoShowNudge

NoShowNudge is a web + mobile patient-portal add-on that focuses on one expensive problem: no-shows and late cancellations. Instead of being a full portal replacement (a losing battle against Epic/MyChart and Cerner), it plugs into existing scheduling systems and sends smarter, consent-based reminders through SMS, email, and in-portal notifications. Patients get a simple “confirm/reschedule/cancel” flow, one-tap calendar add, and a frictionless way to request telehealth conversion when they can’t make it. Clinics get a real-time fill list, automated waitlist offers, and analytics showing which reminder patterns reduce no-shows by provider, location, and appointment type. It also supports multilingual messaging and accessibility-friendly flows. This is not magic: it won’t fix structural access issues, but it can measurably reduce avoidable no-shows and recover revenue with minimal workflow disruption.
