NoShowNudge is a mobile + web app for independent pet groomers and small salons to reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations. It automates deposits, confirmations, and rebooking using simple, configurable rules (e.g., deposit required for new clients, stricter terms for repeat no-shows). Clients get a clean booking link, SMS reminders, and one-tap reschedule options that keep the slot salvageable. On the business side, it tracks client reliability, cancellation reasons, and revenue lost to empty slots, then suggests policy tweaks based on real numbers. This is a traditional app with light AI: an AI assistant drafts policy text, reminder wording, and predicts “high risk” appointments from basic signals (lead time, history, day/time). It’s not trying to replace a full salon POS—just fix the most expensive leak: empty chairs.
