NoShowNudge

NoShowNudge is a web app (with optional SMS/voice) that reduces outpatient no-shows by automating outreach and making rescheduling frictionless. It connects to a clinic’s schedule (via EHR integration where possible, or simple CSV imports for smaller practices), identifies high-risk appointments (e.g., new patients, long lead times, prior no-shows), and sends compliant reminders with one-tap confirm/cancel/reschedule links. When a patient cancels, it automatically offers the slot to a waitlist based on rules (provider, visit type, urgency) and fills gaps fast. It also surfaces operational dashboards: no-show rate by provider/location, reminder performance, and recovered revenue estimates. This is not glamorous, but it’s a measurable revenue and access problem that most clinics still handle with manual calls and generic reminder tools that don’t optimize filling canceled slots.
