NoShowNudge

NoShowNudge is a web app (with optional SMS) for clinics and community screening programs to reduce missed appointments and incomplete screening journeys. It imports scheduled screening lists from a CSV or EHR export, segments patients by risk and likelihood-to-attend, and runs simple outreach sequences: reminders, prep instructions, transport prompts, and easy rescheduling links. Staff get a daily worklist of “at-risk for no-show” patients and a one-click call/SMS log so follow-up is consistent. It also tracks funnel metrics (scheduled → confirmed → attended → results delivered) by site, day, and outreach type, so program managers can see what actually moves attendance. This is not a magic AI doctor; it’s operational software that makes existing screening capacity get used. Expect some integration friction and compliance work, but the value is measurable quickly: fewer empty slots and better completion rates.
