NoShowNudge

NoShowNudge is a web app (with optional SMS/email) that reduces appointment no-shows and late cancellations for outpatient clinics by automating reminders, confirmations, and fast rescheduling. It connects to common scheduling systems via HL7/FHIR APIs or flat-file exports, then runs configurable outreach sequences (text, email, voice) based on appointment type, lead time, patient language, and risk signals. When a patient cancels or doesn’t confirm, the app automatically offers the next available slots, pushes openings to a waitlist, and backfills with eligible patients. A lightweight AI layer classifies likely no-shows from historical attendance patterns and message engagement, then prioritizes who gets earlier nudges or a live-call task. Operations dashboards show fill rate, no-show rate, and dollars recovered by provider, location, and service line. Realistically, this wins by being simple, measurable, and easy to deploy without ripping out existing systems.
