NoShowRadar is a web + mobile AI-assisted shift coverage tool for hourly teams where last-minute absences wreck operations. It connects to your existing scheduling system (or imports CSV), learns patterns behind call-outs (day/time, role, location, tenure, prior attendance), and flags “high-risk” shifts 24–72 hours ahead. When risk crosses a threshold, it automatically triggers a coverage workflow: notify an eligible on-call pool, enforce rules (overtime limits, certifications, union constraints), and confirm the first qualified acceptance. Managers get a simple dashboard showing risk, staffing gaps, and who is next in line. Employees get one-tap offers with clear pay/bonus info. This is not a full scheduling suite; it’s a bolt-on focused on preventing understaffing, reducing manager panic texting, and creating a fair, auditable coverage process.
