NoShowShield

NoShowShield is a web + mobile AI scheduling add-on that prevents meeting chaos caused by slow responders and last-minute conflicts. It connects to Google Calendar and Microsoft 365, watches for invites with pending RSVPs, double-bookings, and time-zone mismatches, then automatically proposes a “best next slot” based on each attendee’s real availability rules (work hours, buffers, travel time, focus blocks). If someone doesn’t respond by a deadline, it escalates: nudges them, swaps to a backup attendee, or converts the meeting to async with a short agenda + decision checklist. Teams can set policies like “never move customer calls,” “protect interview loops,” or “cap meetings per day.” It’s not trying to be another calendar—it's a conflict resolution layer that reduces back-and-forth and prevents meetings from failing silently.
