NoShowShield is a mobile + web app for pop-ups and supper clubs to reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations with lightweight deposits, automated waitlist backfilling, and fair, transparent policies. Hosts create an event, set a deposit amount (or card-on-file hold), and define cancellation windows. Guests book in seconds, get SMS reminders, and can transfer tickets to friends with identity checks to prevent scalping. If someone cancels, the app automatically offers the seat to the next person on the waitlist and handles payment capture/refunds based on the policy. It also tracks repeat no-shows across events (opt-in network) so hosts can require higher deposits for risky bookings. This is not a discovery marketplace; it’s an operational tool that integrates with existing marketing (Instagram, email) and focuses on protecting revenue for small, irregular events.
