NoShowShield

NoShowShield is a mobile + web app (traditional app with light AI) that helps therapists reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows by automating the boring, awkward parts of attendance management. It sends smart, consent-based reminders, confirms appointments with one-tap replies, and triggers a simple “rescue flow” when a client is at risk of missing (e.g., offer telehealth switch, quick reschedule slots, or a brief check-in message template). It tracks each client’s attendance patterns and suggests policy settings (deposit, cutoff windows, reminder cadence) that balance revenue protection with therapeutic rapport. The app also generates clean monthly reports: no-show rate, recovered sessions, and estimated revenue saved. It integrates with common calendars and EHR scheduling exports, but can run standalone for small practices. The goal is practical: fewer empty hours, less admin time, and fewer uncomfortable conversations.
