NoShowShield

NoShowShield is a web app (with optional mobile-friendly portal) for service businesses that lose money to no-shows and late cancellations. It plugs into Google Calendar/Microsoft 365 and adds a lightweight booking page with required deposits, card-on-file, and automated cancellation rules. Customers can reschedule themselves within your policy, and the system enforces fees when they break it—without awkward back-and-forth. It also sends SMS/email reminders, collects pre-visit intake forms, and flags high-risk bookings (repeat offenders, last-minute bookings, mismatched names) using simple AI scoring. The product is intentionally narrow: it’s not trying to be a full practice management suite. It’s a “no-show reduction layer” that can sit on top of existing calendars and websites, aimed at improving revenue per available hour with minimal setup.
