NoShowShield

NoShowShield is a web app (with optional SMS/IVR) that plugs into existing telehealth and scheduling systems to reduce missed virtual visits. It predicts which appointments are likely to no-show, then automatically runs a lightweight workflow: patient confirmation, one-tap reschedule, pre-visit tech check, and “join now” reminders timed to the patient’s behavior. For high-risk slots, it can offer waitlist backfills or prompt clinics to double-book only when the model indicates low collision risk. The product focuses on operational ROI, not another video platform: fewer empty clinician minutes, better access, and more predictable revenue. It includes a simple dashboard showing no-show rate, recovered visits, and dollars saved, plus configurable rules by provider, specialty, and patient segment. It is a combination traditional + AI app: rules-based automation with a risk model that improves over time.
