Buyers get instant mobile delivery with identity-bound entry to limit fraud and scalping. The venue can push “fill the bowl” offers to waitlisted fans, students, or local partners, and track conversion by section and time-to-event. The app focuses on operational reality: simple flows, strict cutoffs, and clear rules that don’t anger season ticket holders. It’s not trying to replace primary ticketing—just patch the biggest leakage: late no-shows and unused tickets that kill atmosphere and concessions.
