NoSlot

NoSlot is a mobile + web AI app that helps people say no without drama by turning their priorities into simple, enforceable rules. Connect your calendar and email, define your “protected time” and acceptable commitments (hours, topics, people, lead time), and NoSlot flags incoming meeting invites and requests as Accept / Decline / Negotiate. It generates short, polite responses you can send in one tap, with optional alternatives (later dates, shorter duration, async option). The app also tracks what you said yes/no to and shows a weekly “time leakage” report so you can tighten rules over time. This won’t magically fix people-pleasing, but it will remove decision fatigue and make declining consistent. The MVP focuses on calendar + email triage; broader messaging integrations come later.
