NotePulse is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that helps fragrance buyers predict real-world wear before they waste money. Users log quick “wear sessions” for a perfume—time, weather, skin type, application points, and 3–5 simple sliders (projection, longevity, compliments, mood). The app aggregates your history to show what actually works on your skin and in your climate, then generates practical guidance like “this DNA dies fast in humidity” or “spray on clothes for better longevity.” It also supports barcode/label scanning to capture batch/format and purchase price, and it can export a clean “what I’ll actually wear” list for travel or gifting. This is not a generic review app; it’s a personal performance tracker that turns subjective notes into repeatable decisions and fewer blind buys.
