NoteSuture

NoteSuture is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps small clinics and private practices convert unstructured clinical notes into structured, billable, EHR-ready documentation. Clinicians paste or dictate a visit note, and the app extracts key elements (HPI, ROS, exam, assessment/plan, meds, allergies, orders) into standardized fields and generates a clean progress note plus a concise patient summary. It exports via FHIR resources (where supported) or produces a mapped CSV/PDF package for systems that still live in the 2000s. The product is built for the reality that most EHRs are clunky, templates are slow, and clinicians hate documentation. It does not pretend to “replace the EHR”; it reduces time spent inside it. Includes audit trails, source-to-output highlighting, and configurable specialty templates (family medicine, urgent care, behavioral health) to reduce hallucination risk.
