NoticeCraft is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps employees resign with minimal drama and maximum protection. It guides users through a structured exit checklist: notice letter generation, manager conversation script, timeline planning, handover plan, benefits/COBRA reminders, PTO payout questions, and documentation prompts (what to save, what not to). It also generates a “handover packet” template and tracks tasks to close out access, devices, and projects. The AI layer drafts tailored resignation letters and handover notes based on role, industry, and tone, while keeping language conservative to avoid legal landmines. The app includes a “risk flags” questionnaire (e.g., non-compete, IP, retaliation risk) and suggests when to consult an employment attorney—without pretending to be legal advice. Realistically, most users will only need it once, so pricing and distribution must be sharp.
