NoticeNinja is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps taxpayers and small businesses respond to IRS and state revenue agency notices without panic or guesswork. Users upload a photo/PDF of a notice, the app extracts the key fields (notice type, deadlines, amounts, tax years, response address/fax, required forms) and generates a plain-English action plan: what the agency is claiming, what documents to gather, and which response options exist (pay, dispute, request abatement, installment plan, identity verification, etc.). It also builds a deadline calendar with reminders and a checklist, and produces a draft response letter using the user’s facts. This is an AI + traditional app: AI for document understanding and drafting; traditional workflows for deadlines, templates, and audit trails. It does not replace a CPA/EA; it reduces errors, missed deadlines, and time wasted deciphering bureaucratic language.
