NowBias

NowBias is a mobile app that quantifies how you perceive time versus reality and helps you recalibrate. It runs short, repeatable micro-tests (e.g., estimate 30 seconds, reproduce a 2-minute interval, judge passage of time during a task) and correlates results with context you log in seconds: sleep, caffeine, stress, mood, and activity type. The app then surfaces patterns like “you consistently undercount time after poor sleep” or “meetings feel 30% longer on high-stress days.” A simple training mode provides daily drills and feedback to reduce error over time, useful for people who struggle with time blindness or inconsistent pacing. It’s not therapy and won’t ‘fix’ ADHD, but it can provide objective awareness and practical routines. Data exports support personal experiments and sharing with coaches/clinicians if desired.
