The app checks in once, then adapts tomorrow’s suggestion based on what you realistically did—not what you intended. It includes an “energy budget” slider (burned out to energized) so goals scale down automatically, plus a shame-free streak model that rewards consistency over perfection. Optional AI coaching rewrites your plan into smaller steps, suggests friction reducers (prep, reminders, environment tweaks), and flags patterns like overcommitting on good days. It’s designed to feel like a practical tool, not therapy, and it avoids endless content feeds.
