NrmLedger

NrmLedger is a mobile + web app that helps people research and document new religious movements (NRMs) with less hype and more evidence. Users can log interactions, teachings, financial asks, and behavioral red flags, then compare them against a structured checklist (love-bombing, isolation pressure, escalating donations, leader infallibility, etc.). The app aggregates public sources (news, court records, watchdog reports, academic references) into a neutral “group dossier” with citations, and lets users privately store notes, screenshots, and timelines for their own clarity. It also includes a “talking points” section for difficult conversations with friends/family, and an exportable report for therapists, counselors, or legal consults. This is an AI-assisted app: AI summarizes sources and helps users turn messy notes into a coherent timeline, but all claims are citation-gated and clearly labeled as user notes vs. verified sources.
