NudgeAtlas helps teams identify and test leverage points in messy, real-world systems—operations, product funnels, customer support, or policy workflows. Users map a system as nodes (stocks, flows, constraints, incentives) and connect them with causal links and confidence levels. The app then ranks candidate leverage points using a simple, transparent scoring model (impact, controllability, time-to-effect, reversibility, cost) and suggests low-risk experiments to validate assumptions. It’s not magic: most “system maps” rot because they’re too abstract. NudgeAtlas forces users to attach each link to evidence (metrics, docs, interviews) and to define what would falsify the model. It integrates with common data sources to monitor signals after interventions, so the map stays alive. The goal is practical: fewer vanity initiatives, more targeted changes that actually move outcomes.
