NudgeBridge

NudgeBridge is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for colleges and high schools to identify and support at-risk students early—without pretending to “predict” their lives. It connects LMS and SIS signals (missed assignments, attendance drops, low quiz streaks, no logins) into a simple risk queue for advisors, tutors, and success coaches. Staff can trigger evidence-based outreach playbooks (text/email templates, appointment links, resource referrals) and track whether a student actually engaged. Students get a lightweight mobile view to book help, see next steps, and confirm barriers (work hours, transport, food insecurity) via short check-ins. The product focuses on operational follow-through: who reached out, what was offered, and what happened next. It’s not a magic AI counselor; it’s a workflow tool that makes support teams faster, consistent, and measurable.
