NudgeDesk is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps student support teams identify and intervene with at-risk students using real signals, not gut feel. It connects to the LMS and SIS to track early warning indicators like missing assignments, sudden grade drops, low logins, and unanswered outreach. Staff get a prioritized queue of students, suggested next steps, and a simple outreach workflow (email/SMS templates, call notes, follow-up reminders). An AI layer drafts personalized, policy-safe messages and summarizes case notes so advisors spend time talking, not typing. Students see a minimal portal: upcoming tasks, support resources, and an easy “request help” button that routes to the right office. The product lives or dies on integrations and adoption—so the MVP focuses on a few high-signal triggers and a fast, low-friction workflow for busy staff.
