NudgeLog

NudgeLog is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that plugs into where decisions actually happen: Slack, email, and docs. It prompts teams to log “decision cards” in under 60 seconds: what we’re deciding, confidence level, key assumptions, and what would change our mind. The AI then flags likely cognitive traps (overconfidence, anchoring, confirmation bias, survivorship bias) and suggests one concrete counter-check (e.g., “add a disconfirming data source” or “run a 10-minute base-rate check”). After outcomes are known, NudgeLog nudges users to close the loop: did it work, what was wrong, and what heuristic should change. Over time it builds a searchable decision/outcome library and simple bias analytics by project. This is not therapy or generic self-help; it’s operational decision hygiene for teams that move fast and can’t afford repeated, expensive mistakes.
