NudgeNotes

NudgeNotes is a mobile app (with a lightweight web dashboard) that helps couples capture tiny annoyances, needs, and appreciations in the moment—then turns them into low-stakes weekly check-ins. Instead of “we need to talk” blowups, each partner logs short notes privately, tags them (money, intimacy, chores, in-laws, time), and sets a preferred tone (gentle, direct, humorous). The app compiles a shared agenda for a 20-minute meeting with timers, turn-taking prompts, and a simple “agree / try / revisit” outcome. An optional AI assistant rewrites harsh drafts into respectful language and suggests concrete requests (“Could you text if you’ll be late?”) without pretending to be therapy. It also tracks recurring themes over time so couples can spot patterns early. This is not magic; it’s structured communication that reduces friction.
