NutrientLoop is a web + mobile AI-assisted operations app that helps vertical farms keep hydroponic nutrient recipes stable across rooms, racks, and crop stages. It ingests sensor readings (EC, pH, temp), dosing logs, water source tests, and batch metadata, then flags nutrient drift, likely causes (bad stock, dosing pump variance, evapotranspiration shifts, operator error), and the cheapest corrective action. The app standardizes “recipes” into version-controlled run cards, so teams can replicate successful grows and audit failures. It also provides simple variance dashboards by cultivar and facility, plus alerts when a room is trending toward deficiency/toxicity patterns. This is not a magic yield button: it won’t replace agronomy expertise or fix broken hardware. But it can reduce costly crop losses and shorten troubleshooting cycles by turning messy, inconsistent data into actionable, repeatable decisions.
