OBDProof is a mobile app (with a lightweight web portal) that records and packages diagnostic sessions into a tamper-evident “case file” you can share with a mechanic, warranty provider, or used-car seller/buyer. It connects to common ELM327-compatible Bluetooth OBD-II dongles, captures DTCs, freeze-frame, readiness monitors, key live PIDs, and a short driving trace, then generates a time-stamped report with a simple health summary. An AI layer explains what the data likely means in plain language and flags inconsistencies (e.g., recently cleared codes, incomplete readiness, suspicious sensor behavior) without pretending to be a definitive diagnosis. The goal is not to replace a shop—it’s to stop guesswork, reduce upsell risk, and make conversations with professionals faster and more factual. Monetization: subscription for unlimited reports + one-off paid “case exports.”
