After each drill, the app scores clarity, confidence markers, and objection structure, then gives a micro-coaching plan for the next call (one mental reframe + one talk track). Managers can assign drills tied to current pipeline themes and track team progress without turning it into surveillance. It also includes a pre-call reset (60 seconds) and a post-call debrief that captures what triggered stress and what to do differently next time.
