ObliTrack

ObliTrack is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns signed contracts into a living obligations calendar and risk register. Users upload PDFs or Word files, then the system extracts key obligations (deliverables, notice periods, renewals, indemnities, SLAs, audit rights), assigns owners, and generates due dates with reminders. It also flags common contract-risk patterns (auto-renew traps, one-sided liability caps, missing termination for convenience, vague acceptance criteria) and produces a simple “what can go wrong” checklist per contract. The MVP focuses on post-signature risk: tracking, evidence collection, and escalation—where teams actually lose money due to missed dates and undocumented performance. It integrates with email and Slack/Teams for nudges and lets users attach proof (invoices, emails, meeting notes) to each obligation. It’s not a full CLM replacement; it’s a lightweight layer that reduces preventable breaches and disputes.
