OccluSense
OccluSense is a desktop app (with optional Unity/Unreal plugins) that automatically audits 3D environments for the most common “looks wrong” issues: broken occlusion culling, light leaks, shadow acne, reflection probe gaps, overdraw hotspots, and camera clipping points. You import a scene (FBX/GLTF or via engine plugin), define target platforms (PC/console/mobile/VR), and OccluSense runs scripted fly-throughs to generate a prioritized report with screenshots, heatmaps, and reproducible camera bookmarks. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: traditional rendering/metrics do the hard measurements; an AI layer summarizes findings into actionable tasks (“reduce alpha overdraw in these foliage clusters”, “add occluder volumes here”) and estimates performance impact. This is not a magic ‘optimize my game’ button—expect it to catch 60–80% of recurring environment issues fast, and still require an artist/tech artist to fix them.
