OCDRelay

OCDRelay is a mobile + web companion for people doing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) with a clinician. Instead of generic self-help, it focuses on structured, therapist-approved exposure plans, lightweight check-ins, and evidence-style progress summaries. Users schedule exposures, record anxiety ratings (SUDS), and note response-prevention adherence in under 30 seconds. Clinicians (or coaches) get a clean dashboard showing completion trends, avoidance patterns, and “stuck points” to address in session. The app also includes a crisis/safety plan page and clear boundaries: it does not diagnose, and it does not replace therapy. This is realistic because it sells to a workflow problem: therapists want better between-session data, and clients want accountability without endless journaling. It’s not magic—outcomes still depend on doing the work.
