OddsSandbox

OddsSandbox is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps teams and individuals make higher-quality decisions when probabilities are uncertain or disputed. You enter a decision, options, assumptions, and rough probability ranges (not single-point guesses). The app runs Monte Carlo simulations and sensitivity analysis to show which assumptions actually drive outcomes, where “unknowns” dominate, and what information would most reduce uncertainty. It supports simple decision trees, expected value with confidence bands, and a “value of information” calculator to decide whether to run an experiment, gather data, or move now. An AI assistant can translate messy notes into structured assumptions, suggest missing variables, and generate plain-English decision memos, but the math stays transparent and user-controlled. Exportable reports make it usable in meetings, not just as a personal tool.
