OffboardIQ

OffboardIQ is a web app (with optional mobile-friendly employee link) that runs structured, anonymous exit interviews and converts messy feedback into prioritized, defensible action items. Departing employees get a short, adaptive questionnaire plus an optional voice note; HR gets a dashboard that separates "manager issues" from "company issues" and flags legal/ethics risk without pretending to be a lawyer. The AI layer clusters themes, detects sentiment shifts by team/location, and generates a weekly "Top 5 Fixes" report with evidence snippets and confidence levels. It also includes a "trust mode": employees can choose delayed disclosure (e.g., 30 days after departure) to reduce fear of retaliation. The product is intentionally narrow: exit interviews only, not a full HR suite. Exports to CSV and pushes summarized insights to Slack/Teams so actions don’t die in a PDF.
