OffboardKit is a web + mobile app that guides employees through a job exit without missing money, documents, or reputation landmines. It provides a step-by-step exit checklist tailored to country/state, employment type, and company policies, covering final pay, PTO payout, benefits rollover, equity/RSUs, unemployment eligibility, and device/data handover. Users upload key documents (offer letter, equity grant, handbook, severance draft), and the app flags missing items, deadlines, and common gotchas (non-compete, IP assignment, clawbacks). It also generates a clean “handover packet” (project status, access list, contacts) and a personal archive (pay stubs, performance reviews, achievements) for future job searches. This is not a lawyer; it’s a practical organizer with clear disclaimers and links to local resources when legal advice is needed.
