OffClocked

OffClocked is a mobile + web AI app that helps employees and managers see when work is quietly spilling into personal time—and what’s causing it. It connects to Google Calendar, Outlook, Slack/Teams, and Jira/Asana to build a private “after-hours load” score: meetings outside core hours, message pings, task churn, and context switching. It then generates a weekly, shareable summary that focuses on patterns, not surveillance: recurring late meetings, overloaded projects, and the top 3 schedule fixes likely to reclaim time. Employees can create a one-click “boundary plan” (core hours, no-meeting blocks, escalation rules) and export it as a calendar policy. Managers get team-level aggregates only (no individual message content), plus suggested interventions like rotating on-call, meeting hygiene, and staffing flags. This is not a wellness app; it’s operational visibility for time leakage.
