OfferFence is a web + mobile AI-assisted decision app that helps employees evaluate counteroffers with less emotion and more evidence. It guides users through a structured intake (current role, counter terms, manager history, team health, performance signals, market pay, and career goals) and outputs a risk/benefit scorecard with clear next steps. The app includes a “counteroffer reality check” checklist (retention risk, future promotion odds, trust damage, compensation compression) and a negotiation planner that generates a short script tailored to the user’s situation. It also stores a private timeline of events (offer received, conversations, promises made) so users can protect themselves if things sour. Brutal truth: this won’t magically predict outcomes, but it will prevent common self-delusion and help users document commitments and make a defensible choice quickly.
