OfferGuard is a web app (with optional mobile manager view) that predicts and reduces candidate offer drop-off for high-volume hiring. It plugs into your ATS and email/calendar to track “offer risk” signals: delayed responses, rescheduled start dates, compensation confusion, missing documents, and competitor-interview indicators. Recruiters get a simple risk score per candidate, recommended next actions, and automated nudges (SMS/email) that are compliant and auditable. The app also standardizes offer packets, tracks completion of I-9/background/drug screens, and flags bottlenecks by location or hiring manager. This is not a full ATS replacement; it’s a narrow layer focused on the most expensive failure point: accepted offers that never start. Expect pushback from teams that already “have a process,” but the ROI is measurable in reduced no-shows and faster time-to-start.
